The extender is having trouble connecting to your wireless network.

First try restarting your router. Give it a few minutes to start up, and then try again.
If that doesn't work, make sure your router is powered on. If so, move the extender closer to the router and run setup again.

Do not attempt to setup again and again, it may leads to corrupt the firmware of the device and void the warranty of your product. Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. Contact The Expert for More Help :
